Supervision
Supervision is the difference in our men and women behind the
badge. All security officers are not supervised equally. Langner
Security Special Services is not willing to trust your security
personnel to human nature. So, our security officers are randomly,
but regularly checked on by our field supervisors, the officer in
charge, and the Director of Security. These checks are made
unscheduled and unannounced. So, our security officers must
constantly be alert. Occasionally, one of our security officers violates
company policy and they become subject to disciplinary action,
which could result in termination. We have listed the criteria we
regularly and randomly check on our security officers below. Could
your current security personnel pass?
Inspection Criteria:
• Job performance
• Uniform: Is it complete?
• Uniform: Is it neat?
• Personal appearance?
• Attitude?
• Job knowledge?
• Job/Company interest
Field Supervision Team
The Field Supervision Team provides field supervision and response
to all Langner Security Special Services clients and employees. The
Field Supervision Team advises and guides all security officers with
security regulations and procedures, as well as assists in managing,
planning and directing the function of the Operations Department.
Field Supervision also participates and supports Corporate and
Human Resources initiated projects as well as making
recommendations to improve company related policies, procedures,
and programs. The Field Supervision Team is a motivated and
dynamic group possessing high energy and a positive attitude.
All guards are trained to understand that "Security is Service".
